A NEW TWIST TO AN OLD FAVOURITE ~ WINE and FOOD TASTING
Incorporating the correct wine at dinner, during a social afternoon function or for that special Christmas wine and cheese party, can sometimes cause a host and hostess minor stress! Brian Preston, Certified Sommelier has some answers and suggestions for you!
Join us this fall as Brian weaves his magical spell and introduces you to a bevy of different social wines, dinner and dessert wines and offers ideal suggestions as to what to serve when and with what!
Each of the three classes will provide you with the opportunity to taste a variety of different wines along with some delectable munchies. Come prepared to enjoy these fun and informative evenings, and be willing to share some of your tried and true best recipes and dinner combinations.
Participants must have reached the age of majority by October 15, 2009 to participate.
