This Department is also responsible for environmental services, property maintenance, Municipal drains/tile drainage and streetlighting. Environmental Services is the operation of township wide waste/recyclables pickup and a landfill site in Portland. Our Property Maintenance crew is responsible for repairs and maintenance of 61 properties owned by the Municipality.
