We are inviting residents to submit their best photos of the Township of Rideau Lakes. Contest winning photos will
be published in the 2011 edition of the Township Calendar.
The contest is open to all amateur photographers who own property within the Township of Rideau Lakes.
The contest will run from January 1, 2010 to August 31, 2010.
Photos can either be submitted to the Township Office as a 4"x6" print, or as a digital version on CD with the photo in high quality JPEG of at least 6 Megapixels (approx. 2000 x 3000 pixels or greater) or you can email your photo to Amy Schur (as a 6+ Mp high quality JPEG) at aschur@twprideaulakes.on.ca.
Photos should be in landscape (horizontal) orientation. Scenery photos are preferred as the Township must have permission from each individual in a photo to publish them.
A maximum of 4 photos per person will be accepted.
All photos submitted will be posted and Township residents will be asked to vote for their favourites. Winners will be chosen by email voting from Wednesday, September 1st to Monday, September 13th, 2010 at 9:00 am.
