The Chaffey's Lock and Area Heritage Society was formed in 1980 to oversee the development of the Lockmaster's House Museum and to preserve the heritage of the village and surrounding area.
Pay us a visit - enjoy the quiet ambiance of our village, the beauty of the lock, the one lane swing bridge, the old grist mill, the historic Chaffey's Lock Cemetery, the Marion Dunn Heritage Trail, the Trans-Canada Trail and, of course, the Lockmaster's House Museum.
The museum is open through the summer months, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m daily. Admission is free, donations gladly accepted, we appreciate your assistance in helping finance the upkeep of our museum.
