2010 Household Hazardous Waste Days

3rd Saturday of the Month, April to October, 2010
(April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16)
  • Portland Transfer Station, 4427 H Old Kingston Road, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • (open to residents of the Township of Rideau Lakes and Westport Only!)

Hazardous Waste Disposal

The following retail outlets will accept certain hazardous waste items for disposal during normal business hours. Items not on this list are NOT accepted and should be brought to one of the two annual HHW Days run by the County.

If you are aware of any other locations that will accept hazardous waste from households, please contact the Public Works Department at the Township at mtouw@twprideaulakes.on.ca
