Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority The CRCA area of authority generally includes Lower and Upper Beverley Lakes, Whitefish Lake, Sand Lake, Opinicon Lake, Indian Lake, Benson Lake, Clear Lake, and Newboro Lake.
