Municipal Services Committee (General Governance, Finance, Protection to Persons and Property)
This Committee reviews and makes Recommendations on By-Laws to set regulations and policies regarding General Governance, Finances and Human Resources. They also cover Fire services, Emergency plan, 911 emergency related matters, Policing services, By-Law Enforcement and property and building standards.
This Committee meets on the 4th Monday of the Month at 2:30 p.m., Chantry Municipal Office.

This committee reviews and makes recommendations regarding Roads, Bridges, Waste, Streetlighting, Municipal Properties and Drainage matters. They also discuss Planning matters.

Committee of Adjustment / Planning Advisory Committee
The Committee of Adjustment will receive, hear delegations, consider and make decisions on Minor Variance Applications. This Committee will review and make recommendations to Council on By-Laws to set regulations, policies and fees for said Applications.
The Committee of Adjustment meets on 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month at 1:00 p.m., Chantry Municipal Office.
The Planning Advisory Committee will consider and make recommendations to Council on Planning Applications, such a consents, plans of subdivision, site plan control, official plan and/or zoning by-law amendments, condominiums, mining operations, etc.
The Planning Advisory Committee meets on 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month at 2:00 p.m., Chantry Municipal Office.

MHAC - Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee
This Committee advises Council on current heritage conservation legislation and to assist in the preparation of Municipal Legislation to conserve heritage properties and areas. They also implement programs and activities to increase public awareness and knowledge of heritage and conservation issues.
